Fighting Parkinson’s, and feeling the power to heal yourself

Feel the power in your recovery. Reach deep inside yourself and find that spark inside you. You know, that spark that has no quit in it. That spark that says, “I do not care what the rest of the world thinks, I know I will fully recover from Parkinson’s.” That spark, that strength, that faith within you…God, Your Higher Power, the Greater Consciousness, The Universe, Mother Earth…whatever it is deep inside you that has helped you in life to do the things thought impossible by others, grab onto it, love it, nurture it, and have faith in its power to give you the power once again to do the seemingly impossible: FULL RECOVERY FROM PARKINSON’S!

When you say the following phrase with me, feel that POWER inside you each time you say the word power:
“I have the power to heal myself.”

Say it again:
“I have the power to heal myself.”

Feel the power inside you and know it to be true: “I have the power to heal myself.”

Keep repeating this phrase until you feel it sink in and you own it: “I have the power to heal myself.” This is something you have to believe if you want to recover from Parkinson’s Disease. Ask yourself these questions, and a simple process of elimination will prove the point:

1. Does my doctor have the power to heal me to recovery? No.
2. Do my medications have the power to heal me to recovery? No.
3. Do my supplements have the power to heal me to recovery? No.
4. Does my physical therapist or massage therapist have the power to heal me to recovery? No.
5. Does my yoga, or Qigong, or Tai Chi, instructor have the power to heal me to recovery? No.
6. Does my Yin Tui Na (FSR) foot holder have the power to heal me to recovery? No.
7. Does Howard Shifke have the power to heal me to recovery? No.
8. Have others had the power to heal themselves to recovery by doing the Parkinson’s Recipe for Recovery™? Yes.
9. Do I have the power to heal myself to recovery by doing the Parkinson’s Recipe for Recovery™? Yes.

So, if you want to recover, you need to look at yourself and say, “I have the power to heal myself!” And you have to know it, and you have to take action to implement it. You need to welcome the responsibility of your recovery and feel empowered to say, “I have the power to heal myself!” Yes I do!!!

Although I do not have the power to heal you to recovery, I offer you my Parkinson’s Recipe for Recovery™, my personal road map following my path to recovery. Also, I offer one-on-one coaching for those who want one-on-one personalized guidance in following the Parkinson’s Recipe for Recovery™, and insight and assistance with the daily ups and downs of dealing with Parkinson’s and dealing with recovery from Parkinson’s.

I am hopeful that by providing the Parkinson’s Recipe for Recovery™, you feel empowered to scream, “I have the power to heal myself!” This is important because it is you, not me or anybody else, who has to take the responsibility to explore your own Parkinson’s and do something about it if you wish to recover. The feedback I have received privately echoes what people have commented publicly — once we understand that we have the power to heal ourselves and we start down the path to recovery, it becomes very empowering, and “I have the power to heal myself” becomes self-perpetuating.

Why? Because as we do the Parkinson’s Recipe for Recovery™, we feel ourselves healing from deep within. Some people have expressed it as an emotional shift; some have expressed it as feeling empowered; some people have expressed it as feeling energy circulating in their bodies; some people have expressed it as an improvement in their bowel functions; some people have expressed it as getting back their sense of smell; some people have expressed it as a spiritual awakening; some people couldn’t put words to it but expressed it as that nice feeling you get inside when you know you are doing the right thing. All of these actually say pretty much the same thing: “I have the power to heal myself. I have taken the responsibility to do something about it. I feel empowered by doing this, and I am seeing positive results.”

Quite a few people have expressed to me that what makes sense to them about the Recipe is that all other Parkinson’s “therapies” that they had tried had them relying on somebody else to help them…and the somebody else who was helping them did not believe they could recover from Parkinson’s. The somebody else was just helping to minimize symptoms, not eradicate the disease. With the Recipe, they are relying on themselves, for the first time, in their Parkinson’s recovery, and not only do they believe they will recover, but they are on their path to recovery holding the personal road map of somebody who recovered and from which two others already have fully recovered. How empowering is that?

So, no, I do not have the power to heal you. However, my Parkinson’s Recipe for Recovery™ healed me, healed Marie, healed Pratima (all three of us to full recovery) and many people have been posting the positive results of how it is healing them on their path to recovery.

“Okay!” Everybody, one more time at the top of your lungs: “I have the power to heal myself!”

Yes you do!

You are worth it!!!

All my best,

Howard
