Fighting Parkinson’s, and regaining your physical balance

Last week, I posted Fighting Parkinson’s, and knowing you will be cured. Today, I want to take a closer look at the section on being physically out of balance. Most of you know that the rest of the world stares at Parkinson’s symptoms and determines how well or how poorly you are doing based upon what they see in your symptoms. By now, I am hoping that you know how incorrect they are in their assessments.

To begin, here is an excerpt from my previous post:
Physically out of balance (not an exhaustive list):
If you cannot stand up straight and walk like you did pre-Parkinson’s, then physically you are out of balance.
If you are suffering from tremors (shaking), rigidity (stiffness), Bradykinesia (slowness), and/or fatigue, then physically you are out of balance.
If you are suffering from constipation, urgent urination, and/or chronic indigestion, then physically you are out of balance.

Here are some examples of what you are doing for these as you do the Parkinson’s Recipe for Recovery&#0174:
“If you cannot stand up straight and walk like you did pre-Parkinson’s, then physically you are out of balance.” You are doing Standing to help your body open its energetic passageways and bring you physically back into balance.
“If you are suffering from tremors (shaking), rigidity (stiffness), Bradykinesia (slowness), and/or fatigue, then physically you are out of balance.” You are working on your tremors, your rigidity, your Bradykinesia, and your fatigue, and you are physically bringing your body back into balance.
“If you are suffering from constipation, urgent urination, and/or chronic indigestion, then physically you are out of balance.” You are getting rid of urgent urination, constipation, and chronic indigestion, and you are physically bringing your body back into balance.

However, on the outside, your symptoms may look the same or worse to the nay-saying onlookers. So, you ask, how do you look at these symptoms and say with full faith and confidence, “I know I will be cured.” You have to not look at your symptoms through the eyes of the rest of the world. Instead, look at how you are healing on the inside. Here are ways to know how well you are healing on the inside.

If you have gotten back your lost sense of smell, this is a sign that you are healing your liver.
If your fingernails are strong and healthy looking rather than yellow and brittle, this is a sign that you are healing your liver.
If your fingernails are growing faster than they used to, this is a sign that you are healing your liver.
If the whites of your eyes are white and not yellow, this is a sign that you are healing your liver.
If people keep telling you how good you look or how healthy you look, this is a sign that you are healing your liver, your gallbladder, your lungs and your large intestine.
If your skin looks healthier, this is a sign that you are healing your liver, your gallbladder, your lungs and your large intestine.
If your bowel functions have improved, this is a sign that you are healing your liver, your gallbladder, your lungs and your large intestine.
If you have rid yourself of urgent urination issues, this is a sign that you are healing your kidneys and bladder.
If you have increased energy or are feeling less fatigue, this is a sign you are healing your kidneys and spleen.
If you have gotten indigestion under control, this is a sign you are healing your stomach and your spleen.

The above list is not an exhaustive list, but it is a sampling of where you need to look to know you are curing yourself. The rest of the world has no idea about your returned sense of smell, your healthy fast-growing fingernails, your improved urinary and bowel habits, your increased energy, and your improved digestion. So, there is no reason to care what they think when they look at your symptoms.

As I have pointed out in the past, paraphrasing from Captain Jack Sparrow from Pirates of the Caribbean:
“The problem is not your Parkinson’s symptoms. The problem is your attitude about your Parkinson’s symptoms. Do you understand?” You may click here to read the full post.

As a little “pick me up” on the truth of these above-stated assertions, in the last two months, three people who have been doing the Recipe for many months have reported to me that upon visiting their general practitioners for their annual visits and having blood and/or urine samples sent to the lab, 100% of the tests have come back in the normal range. In each situation, the general practitioner could not believe that the person who had Parkinson’s Disease was completely healthy on the inside.

If you want to know how well you are doing, look inside. You will be amazed at what you will see.

You are worth it!!!

All my best,

Howard

I really needed this tonite. After all the improvements I’ve had over the last 9 mos., I can still fall into despair and frustration and anger. Thank-you, howard, for being there and caring enough to act.

I really needed that today too Howard. Been struggling to keep the faith lately…..but will never give up on the recipe. I guess that is a sign of hope and faith. Thanks for hanging in there with us!

Ah! Happy post! Fingernails: mine have always been soft & flaky. Since about six months, for the first time ever, they have become hard and, indeed, fast growing. Had no idea this was related to inner healing. It is a wonderful thing to think that, through doing everything to heal from PD, lifelong imbalances are being rebalanced. Thank you Howard for these marvellous posts.

Again you come over as my guardian angel. All the points help me to understand and FEEL that I am not alone, that all these symptoms you mention everyone sharing this site has or has had. For me my two tiny toes never had nails for years, they do now. Two nails on my hand had horrible nails and now they are normal. Thanks to unblocking meridians. Like the tortoise things are happening, healing has its own time scale. thank you once again Howard.
