Fighting Parkinson’s, and eight years symptom free

On June 12, 2018, I will be eight years with no Parkinson’s symptoms. Eight years with no Parkinson’s Disease. I am cured. I am joyful. I am grateful.

As I have been asked in the past, recently I have been asked a couple of questions to the effect of: “Will you be offering reduced-cost coaching again in celebration of being eight years symptom free? If so, can you offer it at the beginning of the month of June so I can sign up and get started right away at the the reduced cost?” My answer has been simple: “Yes. Yes.”

This leads me to the point of fear…and faith. There are people who are afraid to “jinx” themselves by doing the very thing I am doing here today. That is the epitome of fear. I am celebrating eight years of being cured from Parkinson’s twelve days in advance of the “official” day. That is faith!

Faith in my life. Faith in my Higher Power. Faith in my cure. For those of you who are new to this website and blog, I say cure because I did the Parkinson’s Recipe for Recovery® and became symptom free…and I stopped doing the physical part of the Recipe; the mind and soul parts became how I live my life. In the last eight years, the only time I have done the physical part of Recipe is to prepare for a workshop. No symptoms have returned, and they won’t. That is faith. That is cure.

I have been doing Parkinson’s Coaching full time for nearly eight years, and for the opportunity to work one-on-one with those of you who have signed up for coaching, I am grateful.

In celebration of my being eight years cured from Parkinson’s, I have an offer for you to help make Parkinson’s Coaching more accessible. I offered this same offer last year and it went well for quite a few of you.

If you sign up by June 30, 2018 for my Parkinson’s Coaching Package, the cost of your first four conferences cycle of coaching will be $350. That is a 30% reduction from the regular cost of $500.

The Parkinson’s Coaching Package includes:
Four one-hour conferences with me, by phone, Skype, FaceTime, or in person; and

Unlimited email communication with 24-hour or less response time.

With this first cycle of Parkinson’s Coaching $350 offer, you will receive the full Parkinson’s Coaching Package as if you had paid the regular full cost of $500.

Here is a little more information about my Parkinson’s Coaching. As you know, I have provided you with the Parkinson’s Recipe for Recovery® at no cost. Many of you have posted comments about how you are doing with the Recipe, and many of you have emailed me that you are working on it. That is great. What I have learned from many who I am coaching is that it is not the starting the Recipe that is the hard part, it is the sticking with it that is the hard part.

A large part of the inability to stick with it is not understanding fully what you are experiencing. With Parkinson’s Coaching, we are in continuous communication so you can better understand what is going on with your symptoms and your recovery. I can relate what is happening with you to my own experience and coaching experience, and can provide you with the explanations, comfort, and continuing support to keep you on your path to your recovery.

On June 12, 2018, I will be eight years with no Parkinson’s symptoms. Eight years with no Parkinson’s Disease. I am cured. I am joyful. I am grateful.

“I have the power to heal myself.” And I did.
“You have the power to heal yourself.” Marie did, and you are.
“You have the power to heal yourself.” Pratima did, and you are.
“You have the power to heal yourself.” Betty did, and you are.
“You have the power to heal yourself.” Helen did, and you are.
“You have the power to heal yourself.” Tony did, and you are.
“Together we have the power to heal the world.” When there are enough of us fully recovered as a result of the Recipe, we will have the power to heal the world from Parkinson’s.

You are worth it!!!

All my best,

Howard

    Dear Warriors,

Howard’s coaching really is worth doing it as we sometimes experienced strange things we thought to go backwards. But after Howard’s explanations, we understood why it happened and we continued with fresh hope and faith! Give it a try, you will be astonished that his unselfish work is great and you really can trust this wonderful person!

Hi Howard many many congratulations on your 8th year anniversary and thank you so very much for making The Recipe free to everyone around the world. Your wisdom and support has been a life line to so many. You truly are God in motion.
Happy birthday for yesterday to Karen (Don’s wife). In a recent post I remember you saying Karen that you would be 67 on 31st. Hope you had a lovely day with people you love.
    Big love to all warriors

    Hello everyone
    I highly recommend Howard’s coaching.
He’s amazing, he’s encouraging, kind, gentle, compassionate, but tough when he needs to be in a gentle way.
His memory is incredible, he remembers everything we talk about.
During our coaching sessions I believe sometimes Howard gets downloaded needed information about me from a higher power.
His email reply back time is very short, which has been extremely helpful to me.
In my opinion Howard knows more about Parkinson’s recovery than anyone else

    Love and blessings to all

Thanks, Howard! I appreciate it that you brought up relapse because I seem to be the one in the group with the greater problem with relapse. I am going to speak about this in case it can help others.

    My 3 relapses:
First, I attribute all of this being tripped by a personal catastrophe that occurred late 2013. Previous to this, I awoke each morning mostly joyful and thankful to God for whatever I had, etc. From the point of the catastrophe, each morning when I arose my mind was already full of negativities and so forth. I, unbeknownst to me, was my greatest enemy. Now, I am going to skip past my days, weeks, and months working on the program and talk about relapse. With each relapse, I became distracted with life’s activities and I unwittingly did not keep up with the drinking of water. Additionally, I did not have the best control over my thoughts. I frequently found myself thinking negative thoughts. When I passed a mirror, I saw a sour face. The mastery of my own mind was closer to but not fully 100-percent, has been my other demon. I, therefore, was diligently preparing myself for this final battle and feeling totally embarrassed that I did not hang onto my healing, this precious gift from Above. I knew I could do this: especially; with our Great Supreme Creator God on my side. I knew it would take strength and effort on my part but that in time I would be successful…God would see me through. I was ready for this most important battleground. Then, out of the blue, yesterday, I was unexpectedly told of certain changes indicating the end and finish of the catastrophe. I resolve to pay better attention to what is important and to give up on what is not important. The symptoms have, once again, stopped. This is everything for now.

May the love of God be upon all of us

    Karen
    xx

P.S. Perhaps I should not have been but nonetheless, I was embarrassed to mention the other 2 relapses. I didn’t really fail but instead, I found out that I needed strengthening.

Congratulations Howard on this milestone. Your inspiration is endless. I think the best advice you have given me in the past is to focus on the solution, not the problem. It works for me. So when I find myself in a difficult situation I pause and think how do I solve this. My energy is directed into a positive. Bless you Howard.

    Hi Karen,

I feel also now a time with struggling thoughts and keep on going with the recipe.
My partner and I have now rough time with having both chronicle diseases. So thoughts about losing are in the front. Hope I can turn it around. Good to read about others who have experiences with this.
