Fighting Parkinson’s, and releasing your dopamine with happiness

I began the year with this being 2019…the year of calming your mind. In January, we talked about calming your mind, losing your mind, and quieting your mind as a way to open the space to your joyful, loving, compassionate heart.

Now that your heart space is open, let’s release loads of your dopamine from your brain to your body with the expression of happiness.

Let your happiness build up inside you to a crescendo of a dopamine explosion in your brain. Feel the dopamine cascade from your brain throughout your body. Feel your heart smile as it keeps the dopamine flowing with happiness and the undeniable feeling of joy from the inside! And smile with your face, too!!

You are absolutely, positively WORTH IT!!!

All my best,

Thank you, Howard, for sending smiles and laughter my way today. I shared it with friends who need a big dose, as well. I have been working very hard on the “day-by-day, moment-by-moment, in the present, here and now.” It is making a difference. I am becoming that person slowly but surely. My body is feeling the difference. Thank you again for everything you do for each of us and thanks to Alex for the recording I listen to daily. Love and appreciate each of you so very much. Happy day!!!!

    Hi Howard,

Each and every word of your post is being realized by me or say you have given words to feelings of my heart. Loved it so much and faith has born that I am at right place and right path at right time. You are god’s gift for me.

Howard, new to the group, I find music is a wonderful medicine for me. Thank you for Pharrel’s video, I will add it to my collection.

Here is one that I listen to a lot… “It’s Gonna be Okay” by The Piano Guys.
