Fighting Parkinson’s, and better balance and walking

Today I am posting my fifth video in my Parkinson’s Disease Symptoms Relief video series. The video is a Qigong exercises for better balance, walking, and overall movement.

Balance, walking, and overall movement rely upon the joints in the body being limber and flexible. Movement of the joints helps lubricate the joints and clean out toxins as well as strengthen the joints.

Todays video, Parkinson’s Symptoms Relief Part 5 – Qigong for Balance and Walking Improvement, is a Qigong exercise that implements a rocking motion that assists in locating your center of balance. Here it is:

In the Parkinson’s Recipe for Recovery®, you are stimulating and stretching the organ meridians to heal the organs, clean toxins, and increase energy. Today’s Qigong exercise is a graceful complement to the Recipe as a whole and to Standing and Balance in the Recipe in particular.

Okay. Let’s all get up and get moving. It is time to improve your balance, walking, and overall movement.

You are worth it!!!

All my best,

Howard

Hi Again Howard and thank you for the video. I can confirm the benefits of doing this exercise, as you told me about it several weeks ago in relation to the dystonia I have in my left foot. Really does help. If any of my fellow travellers have more tips for dealing with dystonia .. I’m all ears ! Peace and happiness and have a great Friday, Love, Jan x
