Fighting Parkinson’s, and there is nothing wrong with you, part 2

As shown in my previous post, there is nothing wrong with you in your essence. Today, we take an additional step to explore how you take the healing within you and help it grow to enhance the realization of your full recovery.

All of us have the ability to heal ourselves. If you look at the beginning of the Parkinson’s Recipe for Recovery®, you will see this example about breaking your arm and going to the doctor:

“Now let’s look at what happens in the healing process:

1. You have faith in the doctor (soul).

2. Because you have faith in the doctor, you do not worry that your arm is not going to heal (mind).

3. As a result of 1 and 2, you do not obsess about your arm, and then, your body heals your arm (body).”

As you can see, the healing already is inside you, the ability for the arm to heal itself. You just needed the correct process to set things in motion and then the body did the rest.

Inside each and every one of us is our soul, our spirit, our essence, the spark that lights us up with life and makes uniquely who we are. The body is the vessel carrying you through this life. In your soul is the real healing: first you heal the soul, and the mind and the body will follow.

As we have discussed before, the soul does not have Parkinson’s; it is covered up by the toxicity of the mind and body making you feel not good about yourself. The healing of the soul changes this through self love, feeling worthy and deserving, and knowing that your best is good enough.

However, a very important point is this:

Faith without action is meaningless for Parkinson’s recovery.

In short, even though the recovery is inside you already, you have to take action to nurture the recovery and help it grow for the realization of your full recovery. The action is doing the soul, mind, and body elements of the Recipe, all three parts.

If you have a shelf of books but never take a book off the shelf to read it, then you do not have the realization of the information contained within the books.

If you install a program to your computer, but you never click the icon to open it and use it, then you do not have the realization of the information contained within the program.

If you install an app to your phone or tablet, but you never open the app, then you do not have the realization of the information contained within the app.

If you go to the store and buy the ingredients to prepare a meal, but you do not prepare the ingredients and cook the meal, then you do not have the realization of the taste and nutrition contained within the food.

If you have your Parkinson’s recovery, the ability to bring your soul, mind, and body back into balance, within you, but you fail to take action doing the soul, mind, and body healing contained within the Recipe, then you negatively impact your ability to have the realization of your full recovery.

Faith without action is meaningless for Parkinson’s recovery. Take action!

Read the books. Have the realization of their information.

Open and use the computer programs. Have the realization of what they have to offer.

Open and use the apps, have the realization of what they have to offer.

Prepare the ingredients and cook the meal. Have the realization of the taste and nutrition contained within the food.

Do the soul, mind, and body healing in the Recipe. Have the realization of your full recovery.

THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH YOU!!!

Okay! Everybody together so that we rock the world:

“THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH ME!

I am abundant health. I am allowed to be abundantly healthy.
I am joy. I am allowed to be joyful.
I am gratitude. I am allowed to be grateful.
I am happiness. I am allowed to be happy.
I am love. I am allowed to be loving.
I am forgiveness. I am allowed to be forgiving.
I am compassion. I am allowed to be compassionate.

Parkinson’s is curable.
I am my own Parkinson’s cure.
I am slowing, halting, and reversing the progression of my Parkinson’s.
I am extraordinary.
I am recovery.

AND, I AM WORTH IT!!!”

All my best,

Howard

    Howard……
Words are powerless to express my appreciation for your undying dedication toward the healing of those of us with PD. Thank you for the very big smile on my face. The smile is there because I have worked hard to implement your instructions and I totally feel like a different person. I am both amazed and thankful that I respond with ease when things don’t go as planned. I am able to say “It’s ok.” I can say that I have now mastered that important step in recovery and the difference I feel within my body is HUGE! I look forward to my exercises because I have no doubt complete healing is soon to come. I have never felt so certain. I listen to the affirmations daily, sometimes twice daily. I want to thank Alex once again for sharing such a precious gift with each of us. Thanks to each of you for the encouragement your comments provide for me. I seldom reply with a post, but I can assure each of you I look so forward to Howard’s weekly message and reading your encouraging words. A very big smile to each of you!! Prayers for all!!
