Fighting Parkinson’s, and you are loved

Sally and I were in a card shop recently and I came upon a card that summed up much of what I have been expressing to all of you over the years. I bought the card and brought it home, and I took a picture of the card to share the important message. Here it is.

Now, tell it to yourself: No matter what the ugly voices inside might be saying, let me be the one to tell myself the truth:

I AM LOVED.

I AM WORTHY.

I AM NOT A BURDEN.

I AM SPECIAL SIMPLY BECAUSE I EXIST, A BEAUTIFUL, PRECIOUS SOUL WHO RADIATES! (Okay, that one is from me to you).

You are worth it!!!

All my best,

Howard

PS – Howard, you’re right, you’ve been saying exactly this for years: Possible copyright infringement? Plagiarism at the very least.
LOL, but seriously, it’s really great to see others putting out such wonderful wisdom too!

…and the awesome thing that I’m starting to discover is the more that I’m loving myself the more I’m able to respond to others with love, compassion and gratitude and the the more the circle of love surrounding me just grows and radiates.

It is healing and it is a beautiful thing.

Thank you PD and, most importantly, thank you Howard for opening the door and giving the tools to such a freeing and joyful alternative.

    You are loved!

    Hi Howard and friends,
This is great. I just had a conversation with my baby self about her confusion about being a burden that I still carry. We cried together realizing that I was never a burden, not then and not now. My parents adored me and were excited to have me. My friends and family appreciate me and want to support and love me. Why wouldn’t they?

Love to all of you, I rely on your sweet words as my recovery proceeds,
    Anne

I served in the army in 1960, during this time there was a billboard which pictured a soldier at his post; the caption read “Does any one know I’m here.”

    • Howard says:

      Hi Richard,

We know you are here, and we care about you. As the blog post says…you are loved. Thank you for your service, and welcome to the blog. You are now part of a world-wide community of warriors working toward recovery. We are happy you are here.

      Blessings,

A little testimony to all of you, for what it’s worth. In October 2017 I was diagnosed with a form of Parkinson’s called multi symptom atrophy. I immediately came home and googled holistic solutions for Parkinson’s and that is when I found Howard. I did the recipe for about a year and a half and several months ago I decided to stop and try a different route. Needless to say I have came full circle and decided that the Parkinson’s recipe for a cure is the only route for me and the one that is going to deliver me from my symptoms! If I can encourage others in any way I would say don’t stop doing the recipe! I have read an abundance of information over the past several months and I truly believe that Howard’s recipe is 100% rock solid! Hang in there, we have the power to heal ourselves!
