One of the common things amongst those with Parkinson’s is fatigue, an extreme level of low energy. Today, we will discuss a couple of quick fixes for boosting your energy.
Two things you can doing to substantially increase your energy and help in your recovery are deep breathing and Brain Vibration Chanting.
1. Deep breathing.
Inhale to a count of 4.
Hold to a count of 4.
Exhale to a count of 4.
Hold to a count of 4.
Repeat 5-10 times at least twice per day.

2. Brain Vibration Chanting.
Inhale deeply and chant on the exhale until you run out of breath.
ling yow chee chee chee – joe ling bah
ling yow chee chee chee – joe ar ar sih sih
Pause. Repeat for 5 minutes (i.e., Deep inhale followed by chanting until you run out of breath).
Brain Vibration Chanting is Mandarin Chinese numbers arranged in a sequence to help create vibrational energy in your brain. Specifically, ling yow chee chee chee – joe ling bah, 01777-908; ling yow chee chee chee – joe ar ar sih sih, 01777-92244.
