I get asked a lot of questions about dopamine, so I decided to write a series about my feelings about dopamine. Today is part 1.
Dopamine is a neurotransmitter involved in controlling movement.
Parkinson’s disease from a Western medicine perspective: The patient has dead brain cells, which will continue to die, leading to depleted and eventually no dopamine flow. This results in a progressively degenerative disease of which the cause is unknown and from which there is no way to slow, halt, reverse, or cure the disease. The treatment plan is to treat symptoms only while the patient gets worse.
Parkinson’s disease from an Ancient Chinese Medicine perspective: The liver has become weakened from too many physical and emotional toxins in the body. Wind, an element in nature, invades the weakened liver leading physical symptoms including tremors, stiff muscles, bad balance dizziness, weakness, fatigue, tinnitus, vertigo, and slowness, as well as emotions of stress, anger, frustration, and resentment. The treatment plan is to clear the wind from the body, clean up the mess that it made, and become spiritually centered with calm and clear emotions. The symptoms go away and full recovery ensues. By remaining spiritually centered with calm and clear emotions thereafter, the wind will not invade you again…you are cured of the disease.
The Parkinson’s Recipe for Recovery’s perspective follows the Ancient Chinese Medicine perspective. The physical part of the Recipe heals the organs, clears the wind, and cleans up the internal havoc it created. The mind part of the the Recipe calms the mind and ultimately reaches a place of continuing with calm and clear emotions. The soul part of the Recipe brings about spiritual centeredness filled with love, joy, compassion, forgiveness, and gratitude, which leads to release of the blocked and slow moving dopamine. Full recovery ensues, and by remaining spiritually centered with calm and clear emotions, the wind will not invade you again…you are cured of the disease.
The science on Parkinson’s and dopamine proves the accuracy of the Recipe perspective of no dead brain cells and no depleted dopamine. There is no science on Parkinson’s and dopamine that supports the Western medicine perspective of dead brain cells and depleted dopamine.

Okay. That is a lot to digest today. Part 2 will be posted next week. Is everybody ready for some affirmations to support your recoveries?
Please post a comment below by copying and pasting these words:
My brain cells are alive. My dopamine reservoir is full. I am doing the Recipe, I am awakening the resting brain cells, and I am opening the blockages to release the dopamine. I am my own Parkinson’s cure. I am extraordinary. I am recovery. AND, I AM WORTH IT!!!
Yes you are! Each and every one of you is worth it!!
All my best,
