As a result of the last two blog posts discussing changing your personal vibration, the topics of acceptance and gratitude have resurfaced; I feel that it is time for a refresher on those topics.
When I had Parkinson’s, I realized that if something happened that was unexpected or I did not like, I would try to undo what just happened. Also, triggered emotions of anger, anxiety, and/or fear would surface. Essentially, I was not accepting reality.
To get myself to accept reality without triggered emotions, I said “okay” as my response to everything that was said to me and everything that was going on around me. In short, “okay” meant, I am accepting the reality of the situation.
Here is refresher of how “okay” grew in my life from acceptance of reality to gratitude for everything.

Part of changing your personal vibration is to accept life as it rolls out in front of you…
“okay.” When you say, “thank you,” you remove resistance. These are three very powerful words:
Okay. Thank you.
Translation: “I am accepting life moment by moment, accepting and embracing that if something is arriving in my life, it is there to assist me in this journey of life. Thank you for my life and thank you for everything that is occurring in my life. I will deal with it in the moment.”
That’s it. “Okay. Thank you.”

My brain cells are alive. My dopamine reservoir is full. I am doing the Recipe, and my recovery from Parkinson’s is happening. I am accepting life without resistance: “Okay, Thank you.” I am extraordinary. I am recovery. I AM WINNING! AND, I AM WORTH IT!!!
Yes you are! Each and every one of you is winning and you are worth it!!
All my best,
