Fighting Parkinson’s, and the kick-off of the 30-day challenge 2023

IT IS HERE!!! Today is the kick-off of my 30-day November to Remember, No Excuses November, Challenge 2023! Okay, everybody, let’s do this!

Click here to review the challenge. I am so excited about how many of you I have heard from verbally and by email who are making a commitment to yourselves to do the scaled-down version of the Parkinson’s Recipe for Recovery® for the 30 days of November. Plus, over 30 of you copied and pasted in the comments of the challenge the affirmations, including:

“I am accepting the 30-day challenge to make this my recovery November to Remember.”

Congratulations to all of you on giving yourselves the gift of working on your Parkinson’s recovery.

I have provided my recovery story as guidance and as a framework with which to help you write your own recovery story, and I have provided one-on-one coaching for those of you who wish to have coaching. However, please keep in mind that each of you is the hero in your own recovery story. Believe in yourself!

They say Parkinson’s recovery is impossible. I have been fully recovered, cured, for over 13 years. I have accomplished the impossible.
They say after a short while with Parkinson’s, it is impossible to not be on Parkinson’s medications. Many of you have had Parkinson’s 3 years or longer and have never taken Parkinson’s medications. You have accomplished the impossible.
They say that once on Parkinson’s medications, it is impossible to get off of them. Many of you have completely gotten off of Parkinson’s medications. You have accomplished the impossible.
They say that it is impossible to slow, halt, or reverse Parkinson’s. Many of you (over 500 of you), whether medicated or unmedicated, are slowing, halting, and reversing the Parkinson’s. You have accomplished the impossible.

To these experts, all I have to say is this:

Isn’t everything impossible until someone dares to imagine it happening and then makes it happen?

I am really happy to be walking with all of you on your path toward Parkinson’s recovery. I am thrilled with the amount of people who have let me know they are seriously undertaking my 30-day challenge.

For those of you still on the fence, today is the beginning the 30-day challenge. Why not do the Parkinson’s Recipe for Recovery® as outlined in the 30-day challenge? What have you got to lose?

Maybe, just maybe, you will be able to walk a little better.
Maybe, just maybe, you will be able to get your fork to your mouth a little better.
Maybe, just maybe, you will be able to write a little better.
Maybe, just maybe, you will be able to stand a little better.
Maybe, just maybe, you will be able to have your bodily functions perform a little better.
Maybe, just maybe, as you start to believe in yourself that you have the power to help yourself feel better, you actually will feel a little better.
Maybe, just maybe, when you go to your next doctor’s visit, your doctor will get a confused look on his or her face and say that you are improving slightly in some areas.
Maybe, just maybe, after your doctor tells you this, you will feel even more inspired that “Yes, I have the power to heal myself.”
Maybe, just maybe, you plant this inspiration deep inside yourself and nurture it so it will grow into you feeling a lot better.
Maybe just maybe, as you are feeling a lot better and continuing to nurture your inspiration that you can get better, you come to the realization that you are getting better.
Maybe, just maybe, this realization that you are getting better becomes infectious and you do get better and recover.

Since you are the heroes in your own recovery stories, why not be superheroes and make the “impossible” possible for you?

Why not get on your path to Parkinson’s recovery and not get off until you are fully recovered? If you haven’t already started, why not start today? What are you waiting for?

Why not make this your November to Remember!
