WOW! Gail is one year symptom free. How inspiring is that! One year ago today, I wrote the blog post entitled, Fighting Parkinson’s, and Gail W. is symptom free!
CONGRATULATIONS, GAIL!!! You had your full recovery and one year later you still are symptom free, 100% full recovery from Parkinson’s. Good for you!
Last year, in response to all of our community’s lovely comments to Gail, she responded:
“Thanks to all for your kind words, I am overwhelmed! This has been an amazing experience. I think Howard’s book would be helpful to anyone – with or without Parkinson’s.
Howard, I’m so grateful for you! Thank you for all the love and support! My mind, body and soul are healed and I’m overflowing with gratitude!”
The following week, Gail posted this comment:
“I AM RECOVERY!
I continue to work on calming my mind – replacing anger and resentment with love and gratitude – knowing God is in control.
Love, blessings and prayers for everyone to have a full recovery very soon!“
Here we are one year later, and Gail still is doing GREAT! She is one year symptom free, full recovery, cured from Parkinson’s. How wonderful is that!!
In my recent communications with Gail, I learned that her neurologist has had her come in for periodic visits, and each time, he has found her symptom free. He has had a difficult time wrapping his head around her being recovered.
As a result of Gail having been diagnosed by him and sent for a confirming datSCAN, which confirmed the diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease, and her being symptom free for nearly a year, her neurologist recently sent her to a big-city University Medical Center to be examined by a top neurologist there.
The neurologist at the University Medical Center was equally confused how a properly diagnosed person with a confirming datSCAN could present herself perfectly healthy with no Parkinson’s symptoms consistently for 11.5 months.
The doctors want Gail to continue to be examined periodically as they are baffled by what they are seeing. Gail’s willingness to return for these visits is not only a testament to the strength of her recovery, but she is helping create a long trail of medical documentary proof that recovery is possible doing the Recipe.
Thank you, Gail! It is kind of you to return for those visits, and it helpful to the group as a whole because knowing that the neurologists keep examining you and keep finding you symptom free boosts the KNOWING of our community that the Recipe is a cure.

Such a wonderful outcome and continues to inspire me. Howard is extraordinary in his coaching and mentoring. I know I’m not far off, with many symptoms just slowly melting away. I have a large list of symptoms that have been resolved. I have had signs of detox after Qi Gong for months. My organs are working now.
I have recently discovered the art of being grateful in advance for everything that I can do which has been a game changer and Howard helped me so much with this.
I am worthy of recovery. I am planning on being symptom-free. I can see things changing before my very eyes and I am so truly grateful.
